That’s right! In the course of four days you can have all your required topics to meet your continuing education credits for post licensing. Pay one fee and take the entire 4-day program or sign up for individual courses to fit your schedule. The program is Mondays and Tuesdays for two weeks.

Learn the latest updates regarding property management including the Lead-Based Paint Pre-Renovation Rule. The Rule (Lead PRE) is designed to provide residents of pre-1978 housing with information to help prevent lead exposure that can cause serious health effects. This regulation applies to home improvement contractors, landlords/property managers, apartment maintenance staff, renovators/remodelers, electricians/plumbers, painters, carpenters, and any one else who disturbs paint. The Lead PRE becomes effective April 22, 2010.

foreclosures have been increasing and will continue to do so as interest rates
on subprime adjustable rate mortgages reset. This course examines how real
estate professionals can help buyerclients prevent foreclosures as well as how
to counsel buyer-clients who want to invest in pre-foreclosure or foreclosed
properties.
