Pat Breme
As Chief Executive Officer, Pat oversees the Association´s operation. She reports directly to the Board of Directors and works with committees. She represents FAAR in the community and with the state and national associations. Pat administers the professional standards process and fields complaints against members.
Membership Services Director
Lori Hillard-Wehr
As Membership Services Director, Lori maintains FAAR's membership database, handles event and education registrations, oversees dues payments and manages the
REALTOR® Store and handles Members Dues Billing issues. In addition, she is knowledgeable about the key and lockbox rules.
Receptionist/Membership Services Assistant
Terri Kuhn-Thomas
As Assistant Membership
Services Director, Terri is the receptionist
and assists in processing new member applications,
agent transfers and issues SUPRA keys and lock boxes.
She registers members for classes and manages the
REALTOR® Store.

Financial Director
Sharon
Toombs
As Financial Director, Sharon handles all financial
matters having to do with FAAR.
Government Affairs Director
Charles
Davis
As Governmental Affairs Director, Charles monitors real estate-related legislation and gets members involved in local government. He is the staff contact for REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) contributions.
Marketing Director
René P. Daniels
As Marketing Director, René promotes the products and services of FAAR. She works with FAAR's working groups to promote the good works of members, oversees FAAR's Affiliate Marketing Partners program, manages faarmembers.com and assists the Special Functions working group in planning events.
Education
Director
Matthew Rathbun
As Education Director, Matthew works closely with the Education
Working Group to implement its annual program of
classes. He also operates
FAAR's real estate school, the Real Estate Career
Academy, submits courses for continuing education
approval from the Virginia Real Estate Board and communicates
CE credits to the Board. |
