Page Browning, RCE, CAE
Chief Executive Officer

Page works directly for the Board of Directors and manages a staff of seven in executing the policies of the Board. As the CEO, she also organizes strategic planning sessions and serves on Virginia REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® committees. Page is the staff liaison to the Awards, Nominating, and Diversity committees. She is also a member of both the Budget & Finance and Investment committees.

Barbara Castillo, RCE, CIPS, AHWD 
Professional Development Director

As the Professional Development Director, Barbara is the administrator of the FAAR Academy. She writes curriculum, hires instructors, and creates class schedules. Barbara coordinates many different classes, including continuing education (CE), post-licensing (PL), certification  and designation classes. Additionally, Barbara’s responsibilities include working closely with DPOR to submit class credits and classes for approval. Currently, she serves as the staff liaison to the Education Committee, the Managing Brokers Network, the Professional Standards Committee, and the Grievance Committee.  Barbara also serves on the NAR Professional Development Committee. Kim McClellan, RCE, AHWD
Public Policy Director

Kim handles all legislative, regulatory, and policy issues relating to local and state government and serves as the staff liaison to the Fredericksburg REALTORS® Foundation, Property Management Network and the Public Policy Committee.  She represents FAAR in various community organizations and has established working relationships with many area officials. Kim is the person to contact with concerns over private property rights, land use and area agencies that deal with housing issues.  She is a former Capitol Hill staffer and proud Mom to Jack and Ellie, who are honorary FAAR employees.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children boating on Lake Anna.  If you have any concerns over private property rights, land use, and/or area agencies that relate to housing, please contact Kim at kmcclellan@faarmembers.com.


Megan Denson
Director of Events and Affiliate Relations

Megan thrives on providing outstanding service to the REALTOR® and Affiliate members of FAAR. She is a 30-year resident of Fredericksburg, VA, and a mother of four beautiful daughters. You will see Megan first in line to help in all community services initiatives and is a true go-getter who strives to excel in all aspects of her role. Megan is the main point of contact for Affiliate members, FAAR events including the FAAR Expo, and sponsorships. Please contact Megan at mdenson@faarmembers.com.

Linda Alsop, SHRM-CP, AHWD
Financial Director / HR Director

Linda is the brain trust for all things relating to FAAR finances and financial records and staff liaison to Budget & Finance and Investment Committees.  She is in charge of preparing the financial statements and reporting to the various agencies.  She manages all of FAAR’s financial accounts including operations, investments, RPAC and the Foundation.  Linda’s responsibilities also include the HR functions for the association from the application of employment laws to employee benefits. 

Koko Martin
Assistant Membership Director

Koko is the Assistant Membership Director and the first FAAR face many visitors see. Her responsibilities include answering and transferring phone calls, checking out store sales, processing new membership applications, transfer forms, terminations and assisting with sentrilock lockbox services. Lori Hillard-Wehr
Membership Services Director

With 17 years of experience as the Membership Services Director, Lori assists FAAR brokers and members with any and all membership questions,  manages the FAAR member records system, and manages Sentrilock’s key access. One of her key responsibilities includes adding new business and brokerages to FAAR. In addition, Lori also manages FAAR’s  REALTOR® Store and serves as the staff liaison to the Young Professionals Network. She currently assists on the Special Events Committee and the Education Committee. Lauren Zuza Cooley, RCE, e-PRO®, AHWD
Webmaster | Communications Director

Lauren is responsible for managing communications of the association including the FAAR website, social media, and other channels. Lauren also organizes the FAAR Friday emails, the FAARside newsletter, and manages most of the FAAR website content. She has over 10 years of professional association and marketing experience and an eye for design. Additionally, Lauren is the staff liaison for the Technology Committee.
