February Sees More of the Same in Local Real Estate Market

February of 2021 saw very similar numbers as January, with increases in sold dollar volume, median price, and units sold. The market saw a 10% year-over-year increase in median price, going from $316,000 in February of 2020 to $349,950 in February of 2021.
