On Tuesday, January 22, 2019, a group of FAAR leadership visited our delegation of elected officials to advocate for the 2019 Virginia Realtors Legislative agenda. The group consisted of FAAR President Drew Fristoe, President-Elect Arlene Mason, Director Phil Blake, Public Policy Committee Chair Christine Singhass, CEO Pat Breme, and Public Policy Director Kim McClellan. They visited Senator Bryce Reeves, Senator Richard Stuart, Delegate Bobby Orrock, Delegate Mark Cole and Delegate Bob Thomas.
At this point, all Realtor supported bills have passed their respective committees and are well on their way to passing the full legislature. FAAR members thanked elected officials for their votes and encouraged them to keep working on key issues like transportation and expanding access to quality, affordable healthcare.
Delegate Bob Thomas made the visit extra special by recognizing the Association from the floor of the House.
