Why do you love working in real estate?
I love helping buyers accomplish their dream of homeownership
Favorite work story
Helping a single mother who was pregnant, overcome credit obstacles, get her qualified, and helped her get her loan while she delivered her baby (I had to get all of her conditions for her, since she was in the hospital, so I achieved that by getting her banking, investment, accountant and account information, printing all of her documents, assisting her with letters of explanation and taking documents to the hospital to be signed. We closed on time, with her baby in her arms)
What are you most proud of in your career?
Being able to survive and flourish, even in the volatility of the economic and housing markets
Do you have a special cause or volunteer your time?
YES. I am co-chair of the ASK FOUNDATION’s Drive to Survive Charity Golf Tournament for children with cancer. I also work with Empowerhouse, Thurman Brisben Center, Mental Health of America and support MDA, Alzheimer’s, Suicide prevention and the Fredericksburg Food Bank
Fun Fact
I moved to Hollywood in the early 90s to try and be an actor. I had a children’s musical that I wrote, produced in Norfolk VA in 1989.
