  • Research expired prospecting techniques
  • Create/Update your SOI Database
  • Research and select a CRM (Referral Maker, Lion Desk, Top Producer)
  • Use MLS to research and select a Farm Area
  • Preview at least 3 houses each day to know the current local inventory
