Legal advice is a precious commodity that occasionally everyone needs to access. The Virginia REALTORS® offers the Legal Hotline. A member is required to complete an application before a question can be submitted to the VAR attorneys and must communicate the issue to his/her broker. The broker will receive a copy of the question. Sometimes the Broker’s policy may be more restrictive than the general response of the VAR attorney.
