On Saturday July 20th 40 members and their families braved record setting temperatures to come out to FAAR Family Fun Night. The highlight of the night was FAAR President Drew Fristoe throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, which he rocked.
One of the attendees, Brandon Anderson, was the lucky winner of the PNat’s 50/50 auction. He donated his proceeds back to their charity and was given a nice bag of swag. There were four raffle prize winners that were all given $25 Gift Cards to Logan’s Roadhouse that were sponsored by Universal Title of Stafford and Universal Title of Fredericksburg. The winners were Drew Fristoe, Rick Pearce, Jerry Heflin and Joan Hailstalk.
The Family Fun Night Sponsors went way over the top with generosity. In addition to being Kids Sweet Frog Sponsor, Affordable Home Loans had Family Bags that included USB Fans and Cooling cloth to help survive the heat. While K. Hovnanian Homes who was Venue Sponsor, also provided seat cushions for attendees to use at future events. In addition to the three mentioned sponsors, the evenings additional generous sponsors included MBH Settlement Group and PermaTreat Pest Control.
