Heather Ferris, FAAR Director, provides the following comments on the current market.
“Inventory is climbing and buyer traffic has slowed, so houses are sitting on the market longer. Sellers are adjusting to a more patient process and the importance of accurate pricing from the start, while buyers are finding more choices and leverage than they have had in several years. Overall, the region is settling into a more balanced market.”
